What is SulitVPN?
SulitVPN is a VPN app that protects your connection, encrypts your traffic, and helps you get a more stable and private internet experience on supported networks and promos.
Why should I use SulitVPN?
Use SulitVPN if you want a protected connection, better privacy on public or mobile networks, secure tunneling, and a simple one-tap VPN experience. SulitVPN also helps users make the most of supported promos by keeping the connection stable and routed through secure VPN servers.
Does SulitVPN protect my GB or promo data?
SulitVPN is designed to help protect your connection and help you get the most from supported promos. Actual data charging depends on your mobile network, promo type, and provider rules. We do not guarantee that every network or promo will count usage the same way.
Is my connection secure?
Yes. SulitVPN uses encrypted VPN tunneling to protect traffic between your device and our VPN servers. This helps protect your browsing from unsafe public Wi-Fi, weak networks, and basic network monitoring.
Do you keep browsing logs?
We do not sell browsing history and we do not intentionally store the websites you visit or the content you send through the VPN. We keep limited technical data needed to operate the service, such as device ID, subscription status, server assignment, usage totals, and connection status.
Which networks and promos are supported?
SulitVPN is designed for supported mobile networks and common promo setups. Network behavior can change, so if a promo stops working, contact support and we will guide you.
How many devices can use one voucher?
One voucher is for one device only. This keeps the service fair and prevents abuse that can slow down the servers for everyone.
How do I buy a plan?
You can buy through the website when payment is available. If you do not know how to pay through the website, contact us on Telegram and we can help you pay manually using GCash, Maya / PayMaya, or PayPal.
Which payments do you accept?
We can accept GCash, Maya / PayMaya, and PayPal for manual payments. Payment instructions may change, so always contact the official SulitVPN Telegram before sending payment.
How do I activate after payment?
After payment, you will receive a voucher code. Open the SulitVPN app, go to the voucher or plan screen, enter the code, and your subscription will activate on that device.
Why did my account expire?
Plans expire when the voucher duration ends, when a used voucher is disabled/refunded, or when the account violates the Terms of Service.
How do app updates work?
The app can check the SulitVPN update server for the latest version. If an update is available, download and install the new APK from the official SulitVPN source only.
